To protect the form against robots and abuse, your IP address is used as an encrypted fingerprint (not readable), kept for 24 hours at most.
Your information is intended only for the Marrakom team. To operate, the website relies on technical service providers who do not use your data for their own purposes:
Requests received are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. If you become a client, the necessary information is kept for the duration of our collaboration and of our legal obligations (invoicing).
You can at any time request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@marrakom.com. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP, cndp.ma).
We use Google Analytics 4 to know how many people visit the site, which pages are read and which contact buttons are used (WhatsApp, phone, email, form). Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_…) for a maximum of 2 years. The IP address is anonymised. These statistics are not used to identify you and are not used for advertising.
You can object to this measurement by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally without them.
The site uses no other cookies, neither advertising nor social media.
